God of War Ragnarök launches November
God of War Ragnarok launched on December 1st, 2021 and it is coming soon. Fans were not ready to wait for this sequel in such a short time, as many other PlayStation 4 games have been delayed or even cancelled due to COVID-19. This should come as no surprise, because the world needs another god of war for us all to take over. Letting us fight our own battles and creating more intense gameplay, but with minimal violence and bloody scenes. I do think that people would rather prefer to play the original.
Maybe because they are tired of playing violent games and they want something less gruesome to look at? Or maybe because they want something new and fresh?
But whatever their reasons might be, God Of War Ragnarok is here to take them to those places that only an open-world title like this can take you. It has the same combat system that gave me nightmares when I was a kid, but instead of taking your life and turning it into ash, we are going to become the strongest warriors of Erebor!
So what is so special about the original that makes it better than anything else in gaming right now? Here’s what I believe…
God of War Collector’s Edition Unboxed
First off, a word on how much I love the idea of having two heroes battling each other. A lot of others don’t like the concept. Some say that it doesn’t make sense. Others say that there are too many characters, some say there isn’t enough story, while a few think that it looks dumb and weird and it seems like they know exactly what they are doing.
Well whatever your reason is, and whichever side of the controversy you are following, there is some sort of logic coming out.
That’s why I am excited for what happens next, whether it be through character progression, story development, or overall entertainment value.
To put it simply, the biggest question to everyone is “Why did Thor beat Zeus? Why didn’t Loki defeat Hela?” And that is where our game comes in. We have three different gods fighting against each other, each with their own strengths and weaknesses.
When we are at first introduced to Odin, he is extremely tough and powerful but later you find out that his greatest strength is probably anger.
God of War Ragnarok pre-order will begin on July 15
He wants nothing more than to destroy everything around him. From monsters to humans to buildings (just ask anyone who played the opening of any horror movie that their favorite character killed someone then went to hell).
In order of course, I think that he is most dangerous since he never shows weakness. As soon as Hela arrives her attacks are so quick that she can kill whoever she wants even without using fire. She becomes stronger every day, which gives us hope when she is trying to kill herself. Then we see Valkyries and Hunters and Vikings and finally, we get a final boss battle between both Gods from the past until we reach the end.
And if we are being honest with ourselves and we love Norse mythology and Gods, this could be one the best stories of all times. There is always something new and exciting waiting for us every day! Not only that, it isn’t completely open world, it feels real.
You are able to explore a whole city full of towns that are full of forests and mountains and pretty much anything that you can imagine. And lastly, the graphics are amazing.
Yes, there is blood, definitely some violence, and maybe a little bit of nudity in certain cases, but it is done in a way that makes you feel like you are actually inside a different world and it makes sense to what you have seen before in other works of literature where gods fight and die out.
Allowing people to see themselves as Norse characters. Another factor that lets people feel like they are part of nature and enjoy watching their favourite characters fight on Asgard.

Which brings me to the final point of the game. What was mentioned earlier, and is also what makes this the perfect masterpiece for what is coming next year.
For me personally, I am really enjoying being able to control my character and it has already given me a new level of confidence. Plus I think that I will be learning to love Norse mythology and Gods even further each day by making sure that I keep myself and my character’s skills sharp as well.
Also the art direction and animation is great and this is just the beginning! With God of War Ragnarok coming soon, my expectations are very high to see what kind of content I can expect, and that’s not saying that I am disappointed if I wasn’t satisfied with my initial impressions.
Even though I enjoyed other aspects of the game more, it may change slightly.
For the fans of both games I’m very excited that they can have access to these worlds and these wonderful characters, and now they can experience both Gods fighting in the midst of a very human landscape.
They can’t miss out on anything. One has already had its eyes opened to the wonders of Hell and Heaven. Now the second one needs a chance at it, so let us go get destroyed!
